  Good affordable prices. Negative is how they have now put customer service desk right at the back where you have to walk a mile to get to. It use to be straight at the front where you walk in.

  Good & Lots of variety of products to buy. Mostly Helpful staff. Lots of other Shops on same property so can shop all you need at 1 place. Car parking is good too. A little more expensive that you would think for a KMart though. There are some bargains there if you look for them. Not a place to go into for a quick shop. Huge shop.

  They have a lot of products.. So much that even the staff members were confused on which product is where and where it isn't.. I would seriously recommend them to either re train tge staff or hire a new staff. Stuff they have is great but it is of no use if no one can't find it when they need it.. I asked a staff member for her help to find the Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban book but even she had no idea where books were..

  Great store, with friendly staff, but in terms of ringing them, they are awful. I tried to get to the Christmas section but they kept hanging up on me and the options to find your items are too broad. But other than that, it is still a great store to shop in
